Paleoclimate work has included environmental reconstructions, dynamical explanations for observed changes, comparisons between recent and paleoclimatic conditions, and links between paleoclimates and aerosol mobilization/generation over Africa.  Currently, we are applying new conceptual models and results of dynamic studies to interpretation of African paleoclimates.
