	"It seems that every day we are dealing with gender bias not only inside but outside our classrooms. As a scientist, as a teacher and as a human being I'm very concerned about these issues; it's not a matter of teaching boys and girls, but humans with skills and abilities to excel and succeed. Teachers are committed to teaching the adults of the future, and depending on how we do that we will deeply affect their own social patterns.We should and have to be able to see beyond gender and listen to ideas; we should praise the best ones and teach the path to them, without looking at gender or at any condition that can divide us as human beings."
