"To maintain an environment that is conducive to encouraging females and males to express, maintain and expel their interest at an equal rate is virtually impossible. To reduce this friction, it is imperative that class activities relate to both genders, by placing males and females in proportional groups that will produce quality, academically enriched products. Through this cooperative learning atmosphere, that is gender-equity driven, the female students will surely gain, maintain and thus sustain a true interest in science."
