Day 7
	Morning: Sharing of Compendia
	Teachers in their respective groups will share the compendia of gender equity strategies, best practices, and programs. They will revisit the issue of careers for women in meteorology in particular, and earth science in general, by going out on "webquests" to evaluate various professional centers' staff pages to examine snapshots of how women are involved in these careers (for example, at NOAA, NASA, EPA, and university sites).
	Afternoon: Operational Meteorology Workshop
	The group will tour the facilities of a weather forecast office. Teachers will view a rawinsonde launch and will experience the use of Doppler radar, lightning, and weather satellite data in operational forecasting.
