  Morning: What changes does research suggest would facilitate Gender Equity?  
  Teachers will further explore gender inequities by writing a statement about their own gender beliefs and reflecting on their own school experiences. After a discussion, teachers will explore a global perspective to gender equity and the importance that boys' beliefs have on establishing equity, e.g. seeing women as equals in the areas of mathematics, science, and technology. Additional publications and resources will be distributed and teachers, working in groups, will present findings from a variety of studies and programs.
