the Federal Coordinator for Meteorology (OFCM), a body which
coordinates the met efforts of all Federal agencies; the Committee
on Radio Frequencies (CORF) of the National Research Council; the
National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), an academic
consortium; and with the frequency management offices of other
Federal agencies such as DoD, NASA and the National Science
Foundation.
