Image display and manipulation functions are often included with converter drivers. At least two PC image display programs are available, SatView (a low cost [$25US] commercial program) and IMDISP (written for NASA and available at no cost). For the Mac there's IMAGE which requires a math co-processor. Many programs support GIF format which allows exchanging images among different display programs. Some converters use proprietary formats; ask before buying a system.
