BCC-Palm Bay is located off I-95 exit 70.
    Head West on Malabar Blvd (County Rd 514) for one block.
    Turn Left on San Flippo ( the first  lightpast the Speedway on the left ).
    Turn Left on Grassland Rd. ( Just past the Shopping center and across <br>
                                                 from the batting cages and Driving Range
    Head East toward the interstate.  As the road curves around, BCC is located on the right.
