EXPLORES! is the larges single outreach program of its kind in the world, giving teachers the ability to receive in their classrooms, weather satellite pictures independent of the internet. Every year EXPLORES! announces a call for new teacher applications, in which teachers can apply online to recieve a weather satellite ground station. If accepted the new teacher receives hardware, software and training free of charge at our annual workshop. From there teachers recieve additional support through networking, phone, e-mail, and our website.
